Prerequisites: Range® Meat Cutter certificate (Includes RMCP201, RMCB201, RMCL201, RMCPK201)
Range® Meat Academy offers the most comprehensive and cost efficient method available for butcher training. First of all, complete the Range® Meat Clerk and Range® Meat Cutter online programs. As a result, you will be prepared for the two-week hands on Range® Butcher certificate program. Finally, after completing the hands-on cutting course, and passing the cutting exam, you will earn the title of Range® Butcher.
