The Range® Meat Cutter certificate online program includes courses covering poultry, pork, lamb and beef. This comprehensive program builds on the Range® Meat Clerk program. It includes over 10 hours of instructional cutting and training videos. In addition, the course work is loaded with photos, diagrams, charts and icons, making learning fun, easy and fast. As a result, you will learn how to break a whole animal into primals and subprimals. Finally, you will learn to cut and merchandise retail cuts for the case. Our comprehensive Range® Meat Cutter certificate program is divided into 4 manageable Range® Meat Cutter courses. Each course details a major protein: poultry, pork, lamb or beef. As a student you will have the opportunity to learn skills and earn competency badges. Complete the course work and answer the helpful knowledge check questions. Included are comprehensive meat cutting and training videos featuring Kari Underly. In addition, you will be provided with supplemental course activities and downloadable study aids. Complete Range® Meat Cutter Poultry and Range® Meat Cutter Beef, and pass each course quiz with a minimum of 80% accuracy. In turn, you will earn the Poultry and Beef certificates.
