- Hog casings are used for Cooked Sausage, Country Style Sausage, Fresh Pork Sausage, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, large Frankfurters, Kishka, Kielbasa and Bratwurst.
- Hog casings are selected in diameter ranges from 28mm-45+. Pricing varies depending on size and number of hanks desired. There is a 5-Hank minimum.
- Casings are pre-flushed and individually packed in brine.
