Join Kari Underly in her meat lab as she shows you how she breaks it down.

Our comprehensive Range® Meat Cutter certificate program includes over 10 hours of video instruction by Kari Underly. She shares her knowledge and expertise while instructing on how she breaks down whole animals into primals, subprimals and retail cuts.  You will also learn about heritage breed animals in agriculture, understand yield analysis, pricing and merchandising.  

A Range® Meat Cutter will provide the knowledge and skills to gain employment as an entry level butcher at a retail butcher shop, specialty retail meat department or as a restaurant meat cutter. Prerequisite: Range® Meat Clerk certificate
